Our company is headquartered in Auburn Hills, Michigan, USA, with a global network of more than 50,000 employees in 25 countries.We are currently seeking a Sr. Buyer for our Purchasing TeamSummary of the Position:Our Sr. Buyer must provide all departments in a timely manner with the products, supplies, equipment and materials necessary for the effective operation of their activities and also manage the analysis and processing of purchase orders from different departments, purchase reports, monitoring of purchase orders.Main Responsibilities:- Placement and processing of purchase orders with different suppliers.- Negotiation with suppliers to obtain the best price.- Use only authorized providers- Filling of BAA for mass purchase process (excludes buyers of prototypes and service)- Contribute to the Quality System by fulfilling the activity(ies) assigned for this purpose (among which are the performance of the LPA Audits).- Meet the requirements of the IATF 16949 standard.- Negotiate with suppliers.- Ensure that the purchased products meet the requirements of the plant and the customer.- Complete satisfaction of our customers.**Profile**:Education level: BachelorDesirable Specialty: Administration / Purchasing / Customer ServiceExperience: 3 yearsSpecific knowledge: Negotiation, Incoterms, TAS (use), blanket order process (excludes buyers of prototypes and service).Languages: High English ProficiencyAutomotive Industry experience is desirableTipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSalario: A partir de $25,000.00 al mesHorario:- Turno de 8 horasEducación:- Licenciatura terminada (Deseable)Experiência:- Compras: 1 año (Deseable)
