Together, we are building a better world, so we can all enjoy living in it.**Role Definition**Main customer service contact for internal and external customers on the production and demand planning. Responsible for new orders and order changes, make sure requirements can be successfully received by system. Schedules production plan based on customer needs considering capacity and material restrictions.**What you will do**:- Creating, releasing and controlling new sales & production orders, identifying the key elements and communicating to internal and external customers for required actions.- Creation of productions plans- Request and control shipments for customer- Audit & analyze new orders and order changes from customers, short and long period, evaluate acceptance of the order change request from a material, production plan, technical and logistics perspective.- Serving as primary contact for customer inquiries; providing feedback about lead time, planned timeline, order change, order reschedules, etc.- Aligned customers order with Sales production plan.- Provide information to master scheduler regarding sales, inventory and shipment projections.- Maintaining a correct level of inventory according to demand.- Primary contact with other departments to manage sales and customer priorities**Degree Requirement**Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, international relationships or related**Skills you will have**.**Analytical Thinking**:- Able to work with large data based- Analysis of trend and information to find solutions to problems**Effective Communication**s**:- Leadership abilities- Respectful and receptive communication- Able to work with different teams to get a main goal/objective- High Customer service**Problem Solving**:- Understanding of RCCA- Lean Manufacturing- Ability to create standard works**Demand Management**:- Inventory management technics- Theory of restrictions for production planning- Ability to determine inventory and planning strategies for subassemblies and finish components**Additional Information**:- The location for this position is Santa Catarina Facility 3- This position will not require travel.- Work schedule: 7:00 - 4:00- English: Intermedium / Advanced- Knowledge in Production Planning- Knowledge in Material Planning- Knowledge in Demand Planning- Knowledge in SAP**Final details**:Caterpillar's Code of Conduct states that we will select, and place employees based on their qualifications for the job to be performed, without regard to race, religion, national origin, color, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, or disability.
