**How Do You Fit In?**As the **Digital** **Merchandising Assistant, **you are responsible for assisting the merchandising team on daily, weekly, and monthly projects. The ability to multitask and prioritize these projects will be critical in the success of this role. Effective communication, attention to detail, and the ability to deliver in a growing environment is required.**Required Skills**:- **Self-Starter**- Strong knowledge of Excel- Ability to pull reports and execute data entry within multiple systems- Ability to troubleshoot site issues and highlight concerns cross-functionally- **Detailed**- Data entry with an elevated level of accuracy- Monthly reporting + data pulls- Complete assigned tasks thoroughly, accurately, and in a timely manner- **Strong Communicator**- Ability to partner, highlight, and communicate concerns across multiple teams- Strong partner to the merchandising team in understanding priorities and pivoting as needed- Strong sense of problem solving and developing process to streamline efficiencies**Responsibilities**:- **Own Creative Timelines**- Manage Site Merchandising timelines and work cross-functionally to ensure creative deadlines are met- Build out monthly Shot List with finalized items and outfits prior to monthly Ecom shoots- QA all on-site imagery and ensure accuracy prior to TOM- **Streamline Site Merchandising Upload Process**- Track and ensure monthly Assortment builds are complete for New Showrooms- Manage and maintain styles are labeled Lead-Only, VIP, or Both and tracks and maintains Site Merchandising documents- Maintain Tagging Template and work with Design Team on input deadlines- **Assist in TOM Process**- Pull, format, and distribute reports for DB Ops team- Support ad hoc analysis- QA all promotional messaging in UX/UI- **Additional responsibilities as required**This position will report to the Manager of Site Merchandising.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSalario: $26,000.00 - $28,000.00 al mesHorario:- Lunes a viernes- Turno de 8 horasTipos de compensaciones:- Bono anualPregunta(s) de postulación:- Cuentas con conocimientos de Excel avanzado?- COnocimientos de UX/UI?Idioma:- Ingles avanzado oral y escrito (Obligatorio)
