Únete al equipo de Marco MKT y juntos co-creemos estrategias y soluciones que marquen la vida de las personas en la industria del Trade Marketing.Actualmente estamos en la búsqueda del mejor talento para incorporarlo a nuestro equipo como **Talent Specialist**:**Requisitos**:Bachiller o titulado en carreras de Psicología, ADM de RRHH, o afines.Experiência mínima 3 años como gestor de área de talento humano, liderando equipos interdisciplinarios, con énfasis en procesos de reclutamiento y selección de personal en cargos operativos, tácticos y estratégicos.Manejo de office nível intermedioConocimiento de inglés DeseableConocimientos en sistemas de gestión del proceso de selección ATS es un software que gestiona todo el proceso de contratación y reclutamiento.Liderazgo de equipos de trabajo.Conocimiento de KPI´S o indicadores de gestiónDisponibilidad de cubrir el puesto por 3 a 6 meses.**Funciones**:Alineación de perfiles con clientes internos.Distribución de tareas al equipo.Dirigir el equipo con nuevos perfiles y cumplimiento de SLA.Gestión de equipos para asegurar el cumplimiento de SLA y mejores prácticas de Reclutamiento y Selección.Búsqueda constante de innovación para los procesos de Reclutamiento y Selección.Generar e implementar estrategias para la atracción del talento.Resolver problemas y conflictos generados dentro de los procesos de RS.Elaboración de informes e indicadores mensuales Cierre de costos, cumplimiento de SLA, entre otrosRevisar y garantizar que la información importada a la plataforma ATS esté completa y actualizadaSupervisión de procesos en curso.Apoyar al equipo ante posibles dificultades en el desarrollo de procesos.Formación de equipos con nuevos sistemas de gestión de personal.Realizar estudios salariales de diferentes posiciones tanto Xper y Oper para compartir con el área solicitante.De ser requerido participar y generar información para presentar a diferentes licitaciones.Asistir a reuniones con clientes internos y externos para la presentación de resultados de Talent según cada caso.Asegurar la realización de la inducción corporativa del personal nuevo.**Beneficios**:Sueldo en planillaConvenios corporativosModalidad Híbrida
