Descripción y detalle de las actividadesAmphenol is one of the world’s largest providers of high-technology interconnect, sensor, and antenna solutions, leading the market in IT and datacom with innovative high-speed, power, and fiber optic technologies.The Operations Manager will report to the Plant Manager and lead a multi-functional team to ensure safety, quality, delivery, cost control, and continuous improvement for Cable Backplanes. This role is vital foroptimizing P&L and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.**Key Responsibilities**- Lead the Operations management team, including Production and Maintenance.- Ensure safety, quality, delivery, and cost performance meet targets.- Drive improvements in productivity, efficiency, and waste elimination.- Monitor supply chain processes from raw materials to shipping.- Collaborate with Planning and Product Line Management teams.- Support new product introductions and manage production budgets.- Conduct Gemba walks and establish performance objectives.Experiência y requisitos- Minimum 5 years of experience as an Operations or Production Manager.- Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.- Bilingual in English and Spanish- Proficient in MS Office and knowledge of MRP/ERP systems.- Experience with P&L management and Six Sigma Green Belt certification is preferred.Beneficios- Beneficios de acuerdo a la LFT- Fondo de ahorro- Caja de ahorro- Bono de Puntualidad y Asistencia- Seguro de gastos médicos**Número de vacantes** 1**Área** Operaciones**Contrato** Permanente**Modalidad** Presencial**Turno** Mixto**Jornada** Tiempo Completo**Horario**- Tiempo completo**Estudios** Carrera en curso**Inglés**Hablado: Avanzado, Escrito: Avanzado**Disponibilidad p. viajar** No
