Overview DevSecOps & Cloud Datawarehousing platform manager: Your role As a DevSecOps & Cloud platform professional, your main responsibilities involve delivering secure, scalable end-to-end solutions for customers, deploying DevSecOps artifacts, designing and implementing secure cloud architectures on AWS and Azure, providing L2/L3 platform support for Cloud Data Warehousing, troubleshooting issues related to application performance, networking or security, and managing the deployment of applications on Kubernetes clusters. You will maintain network security across multiple environments, implement automated monitoring solutions for cloud resources, ensure compliance with industry and Zurich regulations, execute data strategy and assist in the design and architecture of platform solutions, document and publish best practices, guidelines, and training information, and contribute to scaling strategies for large data assets. You will also support continuous improvement of the support and delivery functions by staying current with technology developments and making recommendations to enhance application services. Responsibilities Provide reliable and scalable end-to-end solutions to customers Deploying DevSecOps Artifacts Designing and implementing secure cloud architectures on AWS and Azure L2 and L3 platform support in the area of Cloud Datawarehousing Troubleshooting issues related to application performance, networking or security Managing the deployment of applications on Kubernetes clusters Maintaining network security across multiple environments Implementing automated monitoring solutions for cloud resources Ensuring compliance with industry and Zurich regulations Execution of data strategy and help in the design and architecture of solutions on the platform Document and publish best practices, guidelines, and training information Participate in research, design and development of scaling strategies for large and growing data assets Contribute to continuous improvement of the support and delivery functions Qualifications Bachelor’s degree (Computer Science), master’s degree or Technical Diploma or equivalent At least 10 years of experience as DBA +3 years of experience on cloud datawarehouses (e.g., Snowflake, Amazon Redshift, Azure Synapse or similar) +3 years of experience on AWS and/or Azure Strong knowledge of AWS and Azure architecture design best practices Experience working with DevOps tools such as Git, CI/CD pipelines, Ansible, Azure DevOps Knowledge of Airflow, Databricks, Kubernetes is an added advantage Solid understanding of Networking/Security and Linux English language on business fluent level is required Curious to continuously learn and explore new approaches/technologies Competencies & Skills Very high desire to constantly learn and improve Able to work under pressure in a multi-vendor and multi-cultural team Flexible, agile and adaptive to change Customer-focused approach Good communication skills Analytical mindset Innovation Deep commitment Who we are Looking for a challenging and inspiring work environment where you can make a difference?
