We have big plans for how we are going to accomplish this, and we would love for you to join us in this effort.We’re looking for an **Intercompany Accountant** to join our team at **WK Kellogg Co Queretaro** The Intercompany Accountant will be responsible for executing end-to-end Record to Report (RTR) processes, ensuring accurate and timely reconciliations between entities, adherence to compliance standards, and achievement of service level agreements. Committed to high-quality delivery, operational excellence, and maintaining a robust internal control framework to support team performance and resolve any imbalances efficiently**HERE’S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING**- Execute daily and month-end intercompany processes.- Perform monthly and quarterly reconciliations of accounts.- Support management reporting and performance measurements.- Collaborate with teams to minimize intercompany disputes and address root causes.- Investigate and resolve Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss variances.- Calculate and post inventory in transit.- Ensure compliance with SOX requirements and support audits.- Maintain positive communication with team members and management for continuous improvement.- Provide support to management and internal customers as needed.**YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS**- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a business-related field.- 3-4 years of experience in accounting or a related finance role (preferred).- Strong accounting knowledge and analytical skills.- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; SAP or other financial systems knowledge is a plus.- Detail-oriented with strong communication skills.- English proficiency at an intermediate to advanced level.**ABOUT WK KELLOGG CO**WK Kellogg Co is proud to offer industry competitive benefits (Physical, Financial, Emotional, and Social) that vary depending on region and type of role.
