We do not discriminate based on race, religion, color, sex, age, disability, nationality, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or for any other reason covered. _- At Cognizant we believe than our culture makes us stronger_- Join us now_BeCognizant #IntuitionEngineered**Job Summary****Responsibilities**- Lead the quality assurance process for various software projects.- Oversee the development and execution of test plans and test cases.- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior quality engineers.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of software solutions.- Conduct thorough testing using Selenium to identify and resolve defects.- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in software quality assurance.- Analyze test results and provide detailed reports to stakeholders.- Implement automated testing frameworks to enhance testing efficiency.- Monitor and track quality metrics to ensure continuous improvement.- Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on quality aspects.- Coordinate with development teams to understand requirements and design effective test strategies.- Lead efforts to improve testing processes and tools.- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality software products.**Qualifications**- Possess extensive experience in Selenium and automated testing.- Have a strong understanding of software development life cycle and testing methodologies.- Demonstrate excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.- Exhibit strong communication and collaboration abilities.- Show proficiency in using testing tools and frameworks.- Have a background in Life and Annuities Insurance (nice to have).
