Shares lessons learned from both successes and failures.- Strong negotiating and influencing skills to all organizational levels.- Strong communication skills and manage to work under pressure.- Ability to manage multiple priorities while being organized.- Thinks strategically: takes a balanced short and long-term view when solving problems- Builds trust, relationships, and effective networks.- And very important, be ethical because of the capital that it is managed.**Bonus Points**:- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with technical experience in:- Drive Capital Project KPIS alignment, collaborating with functional areas such as Production, Safety, Food Safety, etc. to comply with project objectives.- Aligns yearly /monthly capital project needs based on capital target for each project- Aligns project management controls for monthly/ quarterly spending capital/expense follow-up- Defines and helps develop productivity pipelines to support delivering SC savings commitment, trough productivity projects in concordance to financial guidelines- Works from Mexico Business strategy all the way to technical/contractors level details to assure best value solutions.- Align the priorities of the capital projects assigned, supervising that the controls are fulfilled.- Make sure that the Capex is spent correctly and if there´s any variation according to plan, have the knowledge and the ability to analyze why and make required modifications.- Excellent Functional knowledge (2-3 years+ in similar roles)- Experience in project management in low to mid capital projects.- Microsoft Project management- Interemdiate - advanced English**WHAT’S NEXT**- This Positions Reports to Engineering Sr HeadLET’S CREATE THE FUTURE OF FOODKellogg Recruitment
