Organizar, emitir y archivar órdenes de compra- Control de cotizaciones- Apoyo en desarrollo de nuevos proveedores- Realización de archivos comparativos- Apoyo y control de contratistas (EHS).- La persona que ocupa esta posición, debe cumplir y hará cumplir el Código de Conducta de la empresa, apegándose en todos y cada uno de los puntos mencionados en el Código; así como, a todas las políticas y reglamentos establecidos.- Apoyo en todas las actividades administrativas de compras en AMTB Silao.- Seguimiento a las órdenes de compra de materiales indirectos y servicios.- Emisión de RFQ y seguimiento a las mismas.- Manejo de información confidencial de compras.- Seguimiento a situaciones de facturación y pago con proveedores (según se requiera).- Control de citas con proveedores / usuarios internos.- Apoyo en inventarios.- Administración del Almacén de Residuos Peligrosos.- Control de acceso a contratistas (entregar relación a Seguridad).- Verificación de cumplimiento de requisitos corporativos para ingreso de contratistas.- Archivo de documentos relacionados a los expedientes.- Emisión de credenciales de contratistas.- Verificar el cumplimiento al estándar de seguridad del contratista.- Organize, issue and archive purchase orders- Control of quotes- Support in the development of new suppliers- Realization of comparative files- Support and control of contractors (EHS).- The person who occupies this position must comply and will comply with the company's Code of Conduct, adhering to each and every one of the points mentioned in the Code; as well as all established policies and regulations.- Support in all administrative purchasing activities at AMTB Silao.- Follow up on purchase orders for indirect materials and services.- Issuance of RFQs and monitoring of them.- Management of confidential purchasing information.- Follow up on billing and payment situations with suppliers (as required).- Control appointments with suppliers / internal users.- Inventory support.- Administration of the Hazardous Waste Warehouse.- Control of access to contractors (deliver relation to Security).- Verification of compliance with corporate requirements for entry of contractors.- Archive of documents related to the files.- Issuance of contractor credentials.- Verify compliance with the contractor's safety standard.**Experience**: Required- 2 year(s): Cotizaciones, facturas, estrategias de negociacion, desarrollo de provedores, requerimientos legales para trabajo de proveedores, REPSE.**Education**: Required- Bachelor's degree or better in Business Administration or related field
