We are looking to hire a data analyst to join our data team. You will take responsibility for managing our master data set, developing reports, and troubleshooting data issues. To do well in this role you need a very fine eye for detail, experience as a data analyst, and a deep understanding of the popular data analysis tools and databases.Responsibilities- Generation of reports for the different departments that help decision making.- Monitoring of current processes in search of continuous improvement.- Helps to measure results based on the data generated by the organization.- Results reports for clients- Review of transfers between branches.- Daily review of sales and inventory in branches.- Queries to the system (Query) on specific data requested by users.- Review of obsolete products, or with little sale.- Support with registration of tickets in Service Now.- Administration of the Comprabunzl.mx platform- Load budgets to AS400, TM1.- Maintenance of the company's website.- Update of information by period, which is required by Corporate.- Tasks or queries assigned by the immediate boss.- Training for Bunzl staff in the area of office parcels and other tools for use internal.- Technological support to company personnel.- Coordination and execution of basic user support tasks and technological infrastructure.- Application Manager.Data Analyst Requirements:- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college in computer science completed.- Good English written and verbal communication skills.- Intermediate work experience as a data analyst or in a related field.- Ability to work with stakeholders to assess potential risks.- Ability to analyze existing tools and databases and provide software solution recommendations.- Ability to translate business requirements into non-technical, lay terms.- Experience in methodologies and processes for managing large-scale databases.- Demonstrated experience in handling large data sets and relational databases.- Understanding of addressing and metadata standards.
