We are committed to delivering high-quality products and innovative solutions to our customers.**Responsibilities**:Lead the design and development of mechanical components and systems for heavy-duty pumps and dredge equipment.Utilize SolidWorks to create detailed 3D models and drawings.Lead prototype development and testing activities, including hands-on fabrication and assembly.Mentor and provide guidance to junior engineers and team members.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including other engineers, to develop new products and improve existing ones.Provide technical support to manufacturing, sales, and customer service teams.Conduct testing and validation of designs to ensure they meet specifications.Participate in design reviews and provide feedback to improve product quality and performance.**Requirements**:Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical design, preferably in the industrial equipment industry.Proficiency in SolidWorks or similar CAD software.Strong knowledge of GD&T principles.Hands-on experience with fabrication, machining, and assembly.Experience with Finite Element Analysis (FEA) is a plus.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Ability to lead projects and work independently.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Pay: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per monthAbility to Relocate:- 22254, Tijuana, B.C.: Relocate before starting work (required)Work Location: In person
