Our commitment to cost-benefit advantages and hiring top talent ensures that businesses achieve optimal financial outcomes and reduce operational costs.**Responsibilities**:- Answer incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner.- Greet callers and provide them with necessary information or assistance.- Transfer calls to appropriate departments or individuals as needed.- Take messages accurately and relay them to the appropriate recipients.- Provide basic technical support or troubleshooting assistance over the phone.- Maintain accurate records of calls and messages.- Assist in maintaining phone system equipment and ensuring its proper functioning.- Handle inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively.- Follow company policies and procedures regarding phone etiquette and customer service.**Qualifications**- Previous experience in a customer service or phone operator role preferred.- Excellent verbal communication skills.- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact with callers professionally.- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary.- Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
