We are seeking a highly skilled DevOps Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will design, build, and maintain a scalable, secure, and efficient infrastructure using Kubernetes and Docker, while leveraging your expertise in Golang for deploying and managing microservices. You will play a critical role in ensuring the reliability, performance, and security of Linux-based systems, as well as maintaining and enhancing CI/CD pipelines.**Responsibilities**- Design, build, and maintain scalable, secure, and efficient infrastructure using **Kubernetes** for container orchestration.- Manage and optimize **Linux-based systems**, ensuring security, performance, and reliability.- Implement containerized solutions with **Docker**, including creating and managing Docker images and containers.- Deploy and manage **Golang-based microservices** on Kubernetes, ensuring scalability and resilience.- Troubleshoot and resolve deployment and infrastructure-related issues quickly and efficiently.- Develop, maintain, and improve robust **CI/CD pipelines** to support continuous integration and deployment processes.**Requirements**:- **Kubernetes**: Proven experience designing and maintaining Kubernetes clusters in production.- ** Docker**: Expertise in creating, deploying, and managing containerized solutions.- ** Linux**: Strong knowledge of Linux system administration, including performance tuning and security best practices.- ** CI/CD Pipelines**: Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines with tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar.**Nice to have**- Familiarity with **monitoring tools** such as Prometheus.- Experience with container monitoring and logging solutions to enhance system observability.**We offer**- 100% payroll scheme, benefits by law (IMSS, INFONAVIT, 12+ vacation days)- Benefits above the law: Vacation premium 50%, 5 PTOs, 3 sick days, 10 guaranteed public holidays per year- Major medical insurance, Dental and Vision plan for an employee and direct family members- Minor Medical Insurance (Multiservicios Médicos Santander) for an employee and direct family members- Life Insurance and funeral expenses- 5% savings fund, uncapped (matched by the company in the end of the year)- Grocery cards/vouchers (Vales de Despensa)- 30 days End of the Year Bonus (Aguinaldo)- Opportunity to work on bleeding-edge projects with a highly motivated and dedicated team all over the world- Individual career development plan and support from the best experts- Professional development opportunities (Linkedin Learning, Cloud certification programs, access to corporate LMS integrated with other learning platforms)- Well-equipped office in a business area of Guadalajara (quiet room, games room, air hockey, PS5, Nintendo Switch and Xbox Series X, pool table, ping pong, snacks, smoothies, and much more)- Corporate social events (yoga, massages, sport tournaments, discussion panels, technical talks, lunch & learns)- Flexible working hours
