The team you will be a part of You will be part of the Finance Shared Services team for the Latin America North (LARN) region based in Monterrey, Mexico, a high-impact unit responsible for maintaining operational excellence, strong internal controls, and end-to-end accounting processes that support the organization's financial health and strategic growth.

This role in summary The Senior Finance Manager oversees Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) operations for the LARN region, leading a team of 14 while ensuring robust internal controls, legal entity consolidation, and accurate financial reporting. The purpose of this role is to drive working capital efficiency, ensure audit compliance, and guide the team through process transformation initiatives.

Manage a team of 14 finance professionals, including 4 direct reports, fostering professional growth, performance, and continuous development across the department.
