Senior Specialist HR Country- Department: Human Resources- Direct Reporting Line: Sr. Manager HR Business Partner- Indirect/Second Reporting Line:- Subsidiary/Country: LAM- Location: Chile, Mexico, Peru, Panama- GSMS Grade: P1- Personnel managed: No- Budget managed:- Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:- Key Responsibilities:- Maintain a high level of communication with management of the designated areas and actively support business initiatives and business needs to contribute to the decision-making process of structuring and developing of their teams and for the business to achieve its objectives- Execute on boarding and off boarding processes according to the guidelines of the company, in the designated areas, to ensure comply the internal processes and local legal requirements- Maintain updated SAP module PPOME to ensure accuracy and quality data of organizational structures- Leadership and execution of the onboarding process. Request for documentation for new entrants, upload information to MYHUB, coordination with Line Managers, Buddy, HRM on the date of entry, and accompaniment in onboarding. Contract signing session, agenda of all onboarding sessions, support for line managers (directors) to schedule 1to1 with stakeholders. Delivery of signed documentation to GBS.- Interns business partnership, identify their adaptation to the organization, point of contact for HR needs.- Management of suppliers, registrations and deregistrations in the system, payment management, and contracting. Both for onboarding and for projects led by HRMs.- Collaboration in the execution of training activities (track participants), function fair, events in DC & Corporate.- Follow-up of registrations and cancellations, updating the file and the reasons for withdrawals (voluntary and involuntary).- Key Relationships:- GBS, HRMs, TA Team, Business Development- Knowledge Skills and Abilities:- Project Management- Information management and analysis.- Knowledge of SAP, MYHUB, EASY TIME and/or similar.- University degree or equivalent education required- Broad and deep theoretical understanding of functional area- Relationship and empathy.- Analysis- Order and constancy in the execution of processes.- Planning and Ability to Execute with Excellence- Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:- Minimum 2 years experience in job or job functionAT ADIDAS WE HAVE A WINNING CULTURE.
