**Responsibility**:Drive business impact by contributing to plan/product design, testing/piloting, and market launch effortsPre-empt issues and head off problems by ensuring cross line of business implications of the products are identified and resolved prior to the successful product launchUnderstand the business objectives, user needs, and define UX goal scopes, and plan design activities for a project, end to endPartner with business and technical stakeholder, to solve complex business and technical requirements, and drive intuitive user-centered solutionsUnderstand Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) fundamentals to deliver acceptable creative designsStay up to date on current events in the industry that affect bottom line to keep our products competitiveChallenge the current business as usual (BAU) design standards and constantly look for improvementLaunch digital features across multiple channels, and closely monitor, measure, and report on feature performanceAnalyze performance data to identify opportunities to improve user experiences, increase conversion, and optimize efficienciesAchieve stakeholder buy-in and ability to lead cross-functional work streamsWork closely with analytics, research and technology partner to ensure systems and programs are satisfying consumer needs and driving the businessCommunicate design and roadmap initiatives to outside groups (executives, product owners, development teams, etc.)Work with prototype developers, or prototype yourself, for rapid deploymentConvert ideas into basic wireframes to provide direction to UX and UI DesignersBe able to negotiate and diplomatically manage conflicting points of view, as well as influence others in the organization to ensure alignment and progressBe able to work with outside vendors and agenciesSupport different teams by facilitating team to team communicationLook for innovation outside of daily delivery that benefit the customer/company**Qualifications**:6-10 years of relevant experience in a product or creative positionSignificant experience managing complex business and technical solutionsDemonstrated experience as a strong leader who can prioritize well, communicate clearly and compellingly, effectively influencing across cross functional teams.Experience delivering with an agile methodology
