**Objective**Energy roadmap, aligning energy production, renewable sourcing, and fuel transition with long-term sustainability goals and industry best practices.**Main Responsibilities**- Leading the development and execution of decarbonization strategies, supporting Net Zero targets.- Integrating emission and pollution reduction goals into plant operations, ensuring alignment with corporate sustainability and regulatory requirements.- Identifying and managing energy and sustainability projects with clear milestones, timelines, and financial assessments.- Ensuring legal compliance and reporting on emissions, energy use, and pollution reduction through robust data management systems.- Driving ISO 50001 implementation and maintaining audit-ready data integrity.- Monitoring performance, identifying gaps, and implementing corrective actions to accelerate progress toward environmental targets.- Evaluating emerging technologies and trends to optimize energy efficiency, reduce costs, and replace fossil fuels.**Position Requirements**- Master’s degree - Desirable- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, environmental science or sustainability- 5 years of experience in projects/energy management.
