**Req ID**: We are currently seeking a Business Proc. & CM Sr. Mng.Consultant to join our team in Guadalajara, Jalisco (MX-JAL), Mexico (MX).**Senior Consultant - Infrastructure Architecture Presales - Guadalajara ** Please submit Resumes in English only****Based in Guadalajara, Mexico****Responsibilities**:- Work with other Pre-sales teams to scope and develop solutions for complex problems- Lead global technical teams to successful project outcomes- Partner with Program Managers to jointly deliver projects- Function as technical lead for project startup through delivery- Thought leadership to develop intellectual property- Develop collateral to support pre-sales and delivery- Mentor junior team members both from a technical capability standpoint as well as help develop their soft skills- Develop Technical leads into Technical Architects- Help derive what areas the practice should develop training for and continue to branch into to adapt to the ever-changing market- Works closely with the Enterprise Architects and System Engineers to ensure that individual program and product strategies align with business and technical objectives**Required Skills**:- 10+ years of IT consulting experience- 8+ years of system administration experience including a strong understanding of network protocols, firewalls, Virtualization technologies and discovery tools.- 5+ years of experience leading teams across multiple projects including best shoring teams- 8+ years of experience - Data Center transformation experience- 8+ years of pre-sales solutioning supporting pre-sales- 8+ years functioning as an Architecture expert, design/implement- 8+ years having C suite conversations and supporting program management teams- 8+ years Defining Technical Solutions and ensuring alignment; Provide technical leadership for the evolving architectural capabilities of the entire solution.**Preferred Skills**:- Understand and manage stakeholder expectations at a senior and executive level.- Develop intellectual property, delivery/pre-sales collateral- Maintain technical proficiency by keeping current with the latest technologies, trends, standards, & products. Experience developing lifecycle cost estimates for technical solutions.
