LocationSantiago de Querétaro, Querétaro, MexicoWe are seeking a highly skilled and analytical Global OpEx and Transformation MIS Lead Analyst to join our growing team. This role is pivotal in driving data-based decision-making across global operational teams by leading the design, automation, and transformation of management information systems (MIS) and reporting mechanisms.**Key Responsibilities**:- Lead the creation, enhancement, and automation of operational reports and dashboards using SNOWPRO and Power BI.- Transition all manual and spreadsheet-based reports into SNOWPRO-based dashboards.- Consolidate and analyze data from global teams to generate regular and ad-hoc MIS reports for team leads, managers, and senior leadership.- Ensure timely delivery of performance reports including KPIs, SLAs, capacity, and utilization metrics.- Perform in-depth statistical and performance analysis to identify trends, issues, and improvement opportunities.- Collaborate with the OpEx team to support transformation initiatives, complaint management, and idea management across regions.- Develop executive-level PowerPoint presentations summarizing project progress, operational health, resource utilization, and transformation metrics.- Track and analyze complaint management data and support process improvements.- Maintain dashboards and metrics for idea management programs across business units.**Key Skills and Competencies**:- 5+ years of experience in MIS, business intelligence, operations analytics, or transformation roles.- Advanced Excel: Pivot tables, advanced formulas, data cleaning, and automation.- Power BI: Dashboard development, DAX, data modeling, visualization techniques.- SNOWPRO: Expertise in leveraging SNOWPRO for report automation and dashboard management.- Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies.Why Join Us?- Be a part of a global transformation journey driving operational excellence.- Work with cutting-edge tools and technologies.- Collaborate with high-impact teams and leadership.- Grow your skills in data analytics, reporting automationPPG pay ranges and benefits can vary by location which allows us to compensate employees competitively in different geographic markets.
