Other duties may be assigned.- Generates daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual sales reports.- Coordinates with Account Executive(s) to generate new leads/quotations and improve/optimize their sales process.- Develops presentations for Account Executive(s) to present to potential customers.- Participate in some telemarketing duties; light cold calling.- Provides sales support by quoting customers on services.- Generate accurate reports using basic knowledge of pricing and sales procedures.- Answers phone and gives information to callers, take messages, or transfer calls to appropriate individuals.- Creates, maintain, and enter information into databases.- Sets up and manages paper or electronic filing systems, recording information, updating paperwork, or maintaining documents, such as attendance records, correspondence, or other material.- Completes forms in accordance with company procedures.- Schedules and confirm appointments for clients, customers, or supervisors.- Enters information pertaining to potential leads and current customers in the active CRM, Sugar.**Work Schedule**:Monday trough Friday. 9 AM to 6 PM**Qualifications**:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
