The core of our business is to provide clients and investors with an investment platform for the international financial market.About the Role: Quality Assurance Specialist**Responsibilities**:- Manual Testing Execution: Perform functional, regression, and acceptance testing to ensure the quality of delivered features.- Application Exploration: Identify potential defects by exploring new or existing functionalities and simulating real user scenarios.- Test Case Creation: Design and document detailed, clear test cases based on system requirements or user stories.- Defect Reporting: Identify, document, and track bugs or issues with clear descriptions and reproduction steps.- Collaboration with Development Team: Work with developers to understand requirements and help prioritize and resolve identified issues.- Collaboration with QA Team: Support automation efforts by collaborating with the QA team and documenting test cases for automation.**Requirements**:- 1+ year of experience in software testing or a related field (internships count).- Knowledge of manual testing processes, including functional, regression, and acceptance testing.- Experience in writing and executing test cases based on requirements or user stories.- Familiarity with bug tracking tools (ASANA, JIRA, or similar).- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.- Ability to simulate real user scenarios to explore potential defects.- Good communication skills to work effectively with development and QA teams.- Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus.Preferred Skills:Knowledge of: Cypress, Jenkins, Postman, WebIO, Sentry, BrowserStack, DataDog.Salary and Benefits:- Competitive base salary: 22,000-26,000 MXN net.- Quarterly bonus: Based on performance.- Meal and grocery vouchers: 3,150 MXN per month.- Location: Avenida Santa Fe (in front of La Mexicana Park).- Work modality: On-site.- Work schedule: Monday to Thursday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm.
