**Technical Support Engineer for GTAC, Latin America level****Position Description**:- Responsible to Ensured SLA's are achieved and client expectations are met by consistently troubleshooting and monitoring to ensure maximum possible service availability and performance.- Able to collect logs, sense customer attitude, and Troubleshoot Problems, Track all Issues and Report Incidents.- Establish a good relationship with customers externally and work closely with them to promote company imagine to customers.- Provide expertise on system performance tuning, capacity planning, and maintenance patching and new version installation.- Develop and maintain standard templates for repeatable build outs.- PIan and implement small to medium scale changes on production systems.- Analyze and assess the impact and risk of small to medium risk changes on production systems.- Demonstrate commitment to Service Excellence.**Position requirements**:- Bachelor’s degree in Electronic, IT, Telecommunications, Network, Computer Systems or related Engineering- Advance or Medium English Level - (**Listen & Written**)- Knowledge on Windows/Unix/Linux Servers Virtualization technologies Hyper-V, Vmware, Computer Hardware- Possesses a good working knowledge of various technologies such as Virtualization of Storage and Servers, Linux, Network, Client Server, Storage, and UNIX- Good communication and customer service skills and the ability and desire to work in a collaborative team environment.**What do we offer**:- **Salary based on experience**:- Legal Benefits (Social Security - Vacation - Vacation bonus)- Professional growth- Good working environment- Multicultural relationshipTipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: $20,000.00 - $35,000.00 al mesBeneficios:- Estacionamiento gratuitoTipo de jornada:- Lunes a viernes- Turno mixtoEscolaridad:- Licenciatura terminada (Obligatorio)Experiência:- Soporte técnico: 1 año (Obligatorio)Idioma:- Inglés (Obligatorio)Lugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
