The Finance Reporting Group Manager is a senior management level position responsible for accomplishing results through the management of a team or department in an effort to provide regulatory analysis and reporting in coordination with the Finance team. Additionally, the Finance Reporting Group Manager develops reporting and control procedures to accurately prepare information required for financial reporting and analysis. The objective of this role is to ensure business/department financials are prepared and delivered in a timely and accurate manner.**Responsibilities**:- Finance Reporting Senior Manager is responsible of delivering the daily and monthly local regulatory liquidity, foreign currency Assets and Liabilities Reports and FX Position. A critical role accountable for the delivery of accurate and timely liquidity, FX metrics and analytical information to the regulators and to the Liquidity Managers and Risk Managers.- The regulatory reports production and analysis is a daily and complex function due to the size of the Balance sheet of about $70Bn USD that requires to have strong communication with Product and information owners such as business areas, operations, accounting, risk, and liquidity managers in order to review significant changes in the balance.- Management of local liquidity reporting unit in Mexico.- In addition, the Finance Reporting Senior Manager establishes a professional relationship and frequent communication with Regulators, manage internal and external audits, process improvement and new/changes to the regulation implementation, ensure that the reporting process comply with internal policies and controls.- The Financer Rep Sr. Manager will be the liaison with the Local Regulatory Reporting Committee serving as the main point of escalation and issue resolution for the Regulatory Liquidity reporting function within the Mexico Corporate Treasury.- Direct and control strategy and execution of reporting framework in partnership with other areas within Finance / Controllers as well as other business segments.- Ensure high quality of reporting and KPIs including performance ratings by the local regulators.**Qualifications**:- 10+ years of relevant experience- Prior experience in regulatory reporting and local framework and control areas a plus.- Ability to present and influence across organization level and functions- Ability to translate strategy into execution- Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication**Education**:- Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience- Master’s degree preferred- **Job Family Group**:Finance- **Job Family**:Financial Reporting- **Time Type**:Full time- Citi is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.Qualified applicants will receive consideration without regard to their race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or status as a protected veteran.View the "**EEO is the Law**" poster.
