Are you ready to participate in the challenge?**The position**We are looking for the next game changer to join the team as a **UX Developer**. To consider this role you must be located in **Mexico**.We are seeking a talented **UX Designer **with a strong background in product management to join our client a fast-growing healthtech startup. In this role, you will be responsible for creating user-centered design solutions that deliver a seamless and engaging user experience for our healthtech products. As a UX Designer, you will work closely with the product, engineering, and clinical teams as well as our CEOs to deliver innovative solutions that improve the healthcare experience for doctors, patients, pharmacists, and insurance companies.**Requisitos**:- **At least high B2 English, or C1 level.**:- Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent experience in **UX design, HCI**, or related field.- 3+ years of experience in UX design, with a focus on healthcare or medical products.- **Strong portfolio** demonstrating **user-centered design solutions and processes**.- Proficient in design tools such as** Sketch, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite**.- Strong communication and collaboration skills.- Experience with product management and designing for multiple platforms is a** plus**.- Ability to produce working HTML/CSS prototypes is a** plus**.**Responsibilities.**- Product management.- Responsible for creating user-centered design solutions that deliver a seamless and engaging user experience for our healthtech products.- Work closely with our product, engineering, and clinical teams as well as our CEOs to deliver innovative solutions that improve the healthcare experience for doctors, patients, pharmacists, and insurance companies.- User-centered design solutions and processes.- Experience with product management and designing for multiple platforms is a plus.
