_**DESCRIPCIÓN DE ACTIVIDADES**:_1. Customer acquisition for sale of medical check-ups, medical assistance services and passenger insurance.2. Reception of requests for medical care, consultation of services, and handling of complaints to improve the service provided. As well as product renewals annually; generating close relationships with clients to be referenced.3. Execution of reports and updating in internal business systems for the processing of information obtained through the relationships with the clients addressed, according to the previously established objectives.4. Achieve effective communication so that customer requirements can be adequately managed, as far as medical issues are concerned. And work with other national and international bases when the strategy requires it.5. Schedule meetings with clients and follow-up. Generate appointments with clients to maintain pre-established business relationships and/or get new alliances. Giving feedback to the area to report their results.------------------------------------- 1. Captación de clientes para la venta de check ups médicos, servicios de asistencia médica y seguro de pasajeros.2. Recepción de solicitudes para la atención médica, consulta de servicios, y manejo de quejas para mejoramiento del servicio brindado. Así como renovaciones de productos anualmente; generando relaciones estrechas con los clientes para ser referenciados.3. Ejecución de reportes y actualización en sistemas internos empresariales para el procesamiento de información obtenida a través de las relaciones con los clientes abordados, acorde a los objetivos previamente planteados.4. Lograr una comunicación efectiva de manera que se puedan gestionar adecuadamente los requerimientos de los clientes, en cuánto a cuestión médica refieren. Y trabajar a la par con otras bases nacionales e internacionales cuando la estrategia lo requiera.5. Agendar reuniones con clientes y seguimiento. Generar citas con clientes para mantener las relaciones comerciales pre establecidas y/o conseguir nuevas alianzas. Retroalimentando al área a reportar los resultados de las mismas.- **PERFIL SOLICITADO**:_- Academic degree: University (Preferably with a degree).- Required language: Japanese (Expert/Advance), English or Spanish (Intermediate).- Nationality: Japanese preferably, any other is welcome with an expert or advance level of Japanese.- Sales experience (Insurance branch, is an advantage).- Customer service.----------------------- Formación académica: Universitaria (Preferentemente titulado).- Idioma requerido: Japonés (Experto o Avanzado), Inglés o Español (Intermedio).- Nacionalidad: Japonesa preferentemente, cualquier otra es bienvenida con idioma japonés nível experto o avanzado.- Experiência en ventas (Ramo de seguros, otorga puntos extras).- Servicio al cliente.- **HORARIO DE TRABAJO**_:_- De Lunes a Viernes de 9 am a 5 pm / 1 hora de comida- Zona de Trabajo: Aguascalientes, Ags. o León, Guanajuato.- Contratación directa por la empresa, esquema 100% IMSS, agradable ambiente laboral, posibilidades de crecimiento.雇用形態: 正社員, その他給与: $28,000.00 (月給) 以上Educación:- Licenciatura trunca o en curso (Deseable)Experiência:- Apoyo en ventas: 1 año (Deseable)勤務地：1か所のみ
