At PepsiCo we create a Space to be y( )u.**Responsibilities**:**Sr Brand Coordinator****Main Purpose**Develop and execute complete marketing strategies driven by deep knowledge of consumer, market insight, and brand analysis connecting internal and external data to ensure en-to-end execution and contribute to sustainable brand growth, accelerating Giro as flanker to recover SOM in sandwiches segment.**Accountabilities**- Coordinate and execute short/long term complete marketing strategies- Design and coordinate digital strategy with digital team for specific audiences- Responsible of setting and executing AOP analysis to further drive conclusions and strategic plans for brand growth- Analysis of category/brand information and KPIS to generate reports and drive conclusions to help decision making to gain SOM (Internal database, Nielsen, ISCAM and Kantaar)- Analysis of portfolio & recommendation aligned with revenue management & R&D- Responsible to develop aligned with brand manager new VisId- Tracking, monitoring and planning of the budget/expenses (working/non-working) and recommend action plan when neededThank you so much for thinking about PepsiCo to start or continue your careerQualifications:**Education/Requirements**- 1-2 years of experience in marketing roles (brands preferred)- Basics of marketing knowledge (consumer insights, branding, product P&L, brand health / sales KPIs)- Previous experience executing digital campaigns- Capacity to analyze at deep level and connect data from different sources to drive actionable decisions- Highly effective interpersonal skills -negotiator and strong communication to all organizational levels and teams- Adaptive attitude and response towards change- Proficiency in English (writing and oral)- Nielsen, ISCAM, Mycsrostrategy and Kantaar data managementQualifications (Secondary Language):**Non Technical Skills**- Multifunctional leadership (peers/extended teams/other organizational levels)- Communication skills (story-telling, presentation skills)- High analytical skills- Creative thinker (out of the box thinking)- Risk taker and challenger- Proactive attitude- Results oriented- Positive response under pressure- Organized- Open to learning new skills- Respect and inclusion culture within the team- High level of commitment & resilience
