Come be a part of this journey****BAT MEXICO IS LOOKING FOR A TRANSPORT ANALYST****SENIORITY LEVEL**:Entry level**FUNCTION**: Operations - Logistics**LOCATION**:Monterrey, Mexico**ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES**Give follow up to planning requirements in order to allocate the transport to bring the best services and accomplish our main KPI to deliver on time in Full (OTIF), the person will be in constant approaching with planning and warehouse to keep this aligned, also there will be some reports and investigation to give information to End Markets.**Reports to**:Transport Planner Manager**Reporting Level**:Managerial**Geographic Scope**:DRBU**WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR**- Follow up to planning requirements.- Ensure trucks availability for distribution preventing Out of Stock risks.- Creation of Transfer Orders.- Optimization of shipment frequencies.- Continuous follow up to reports from the area.- Measure suppliers service level.- Key KPIs evaluation.- Payment to vendors.**ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, AND KNOWLEDGE**- 1 - 2 years of experience in Logistics.- Bachelor's Degree International Relations, International Trade, Industrial Engineering or related.- Intermediate Excel proficiency.- Fluent English: written and speaking.
