You’ll participate in discovery sessions, document workflows, and contribute to solution proposals under the guidance of senior architects.This is a hybrid role where you’ll build skills in both strategic and technical areas: process mapping, requirements gathering, tool configuration, and project coordination. You’ll help ensure that client needs are translated into clear, actionable implementation plans and that solutions are delivered smoothly and efficiently.This role is designed for someone eager to grow into a senior architect position over time by gaining exposure to client-facing solution design, workflow optimization, and automation strategy.WHY DO WE WANT YOUWe want someone curious and motivated, who enjoys solving operational challenges with systems and tools. You bring a mix of technical aptitude, communication skills, and attention to detail — and you’re excited to grow into a more strategic solution design role.WHAT WILL YOU DOClient Discovery & Solution Support- Participate in client discovery sessions to gather requirements and document existing workflows.- Support senior architects in preparing solution documentation, project plans, and client-facing materials.- Assist with technology evaluations by researching tools and comparing features to requirements.- Contribute to solution walkthroughs, proposals, and presentations.Workflow Mapping & Implementation- Document and maintain workflow maps, process diagrams, and system requirements.- Assist in configuring and testing CRM, helpdesk, and automation platforms to ensure solutions work as designed.- Identify process inefficiencies and suggest opportunities for improvement or automation.- Maintain internal knowledge bases, SOPs, and training resources.Cross-Team Collaboration- Collaborate with Implementation Specialists to hand off detailed requirements and monitor delivery.- Partner with internal teams to ensure adoption and understanding of implemented solutions.- Support project tracking, reporting, and communication across stakeholders.WHAT WE’LL LIKE ABOUT YOUYOU ARE- Curious and authentic, just like us #beboldr- An operational strategist who thrives on structure, clarity, and impact- A natural communicator and collaborator, able to align diverse teamsYOU HAVE- A Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.- 2+ years of experience in implementations, project management, or technical solution deployment.- Exposure to workflow mapping, process documentation, and requirements gathering.- Familiarity with CRM and helpdesk tools (e.g., Zendesk, HubSpot, Gorgias, Salesforce) and an interest in automation tools (e.g., Forethought, Kodif, PixieBrix).- Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate technical details into clear explanations.- Experience with project management or collaboration tools like ClickUp, Jira, or similar.- A problem-solving mindset and eagerness to take on new challenges.
