¿Qué objetivo tiene para la Organización?- Control de Inventarios: Es responsable de la gestión total de la materia prima y variación en inventarios de todos los insumos. Directos e Indirectos.- Bajo supervisión indirecta monitorea y audita procesos de todos aquellos insumos bajo un régimen temporal al amparo del programa IMMEX.- Conteos Cíclicos: coordina recuentos cíclicos de materiales y concilia los inventarios reales con los registros del sistema.- Almacén: Supervisa a líderes del almacén para asegurar la actualización y el mantenimiento de los registros de control de los materiales de producción implementando métricos para evitar sobre inventarios en esta área.**Experience**: Required- 5 year(s): Control de almacenes de materia prima y producto terminado- 5 year(s): Sistema Kan Ban- 5 year(s): Control de inventarios- 5 year(s): Manejo de personal**Education**: Preferred- Licenciaturas (Bachiller) or better- Engineer's degree or better**Behaviors**: Preferred- Dedicado: Entregado a una tarea o propósito con lealtad o integridad- Entusiasta: Demuestra interés y placer intensos y desbordantes- Trabaja en equipo: Trabaja bien como un miembro de un grupo- Líder: Inspira a los compañeros de equipo a seguirlo**Motivations**: Preferred- Habilidad de tener un impacto: Inspirado al buen desempeño por la capacidad de contribuir al éxito de un proyecto o de la organización- Logro de objetivos: Inspirado al buen desempeño mediante la ejecución de tareas
