DevOps / Cloudops Engineer

To retain and develop top talent, we foster a work environment that celebrates creativity, encourages skill development, and enables multidisciplinary collaboration.**Responsibilities**- Administer Windows and Linux-based systems, including installation, configuration, and maintenance.- Configure, manage, and troubleshoot Docker containers and orchestration for efficient deployment and scalability.- Configure, maintain, and optimize Jenkins instances and their associated plugins.- Setup and administer Jenkins instances, including managing plugins, security, and system configuration.- Administer the Jenkins instance, ensuring availability, performance, and security.- Develop and manage jobs in Jenkins for continuous integration, delivery, and deployment- Administration of Microsoft Azure, including virtual machines, networking, and storage.- Write and maintain scripts in various scripting languages (e.g., Python, Perl, Groovy,Object REXX) to automate tasks and streamline processes.- Manage and maintain NAS storage systems, including configuration and performance tuning.- Resource monitoring and adjustments (oVirt, Graphana)- Design, validation, and execution of backup tasks and Disaster Recovery (DR) proceduresContinuous collaboration with other developers, support and other teams distributedgeographically in investigation and troubleshooting of hosting-related product issues.- Collaborate with Director of Cybersecurity on regular security monitoring and identification of possible security issues, and implementation and maintenance of security controls.- Maintain service level agreements (SLA) for cloud-based SaaS products.**Qualifications**- Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, ElectricalEngineering, or combinationof 8+ years of equivalent professional experience and professional certifications.- 4+ years in DevOps- Strong experience in Windows and Linux system administration, including configuration, and troubleshooting.- Proficiency in Microsoft Azure, including resource management and deployment.- Have knowledge of deploying containers by using containerization tools like dockeradministration.- Strong knowledge of Jenkins and Gitlab administration, including setting up and managing instances and creating CI/CD pipelines.- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Perl, and Groovy.- Experience in administering and maintaining at least two of the following tools: Nexus, GitLab/GitHub, Accurev, oVirt, Graphana,NAS storage Management, Atlassian/Jira)- Strong understanding of NAS storage management principles and experience in configuring and maintaining NAS systems.- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.- Strong analytical skills, problem determination, attention to detail, teamwork, and excellent communication skills.- Familiarity with object REXX scripting is a plus.- Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Azure, Docker, Jenkins) are a plus.**We offer**:- Career plan and real growth opportunities- Constant training, tutoring, online corporate courses, eLearning and more- Pleasant work environment (game room, nap area, amenities and more).- Flexible work hours and dress code- Hired directly by Toshiba and 100% under payroll- Benefits of the law- December bonus- Major and Minor medical expenses insurance: Life, major medical expenses with dental and visual coverage.
