AAF is where you’ll be heard, be valued, belong — and be able to make your mark.**Our Company Values**:We endeavour to create a work environment that reflects the culture of the company, and we encourage every member of our staff to embrace our commitment to be:- Professional- Safety & Quality Driven- Goal Orientated- Customer Focused- Continuously Improving- Flexible- Open & Integrated**Position Summary**:**Position Responsibilities**:- Verify that the manufacturing of the equipment complies with the AAF specifications and standards and/or those defined by the client.- Carry out different tests on the equipment to ensure quality in manufacturing.- Prepare the quality reports corresponding to the different inspections.- Consolidate the quality dossier for AAF and clients.- Supervise, Train and manage external suppliers to deliver products that meet the AAF P&I Quality Program, engineering specifications and manufacturing standards.- Responsible for the development, implementation and continuous improvement of the P&I Product Quality Program.- Support supplier development efforts and manage/monitor supplier quality metrics, including documenting and maintaining supplier capabilities (in conjunction with the sourcing team).- Meet with suppliers, customers, quality representatives and company personnel to discuss and resolve quality issues as necessary.- Support in start-up and commissioning of EP equipment.- Assist in the development of start-up and commissioning procedures for use by qualified contractors.**Person Specification**:**_ Education, Qualifications and Affiliations_**Essential- Bachelor of Engineering, Mechanical / Electrical / Electromechanical / Industrial / Environmental / Chemical / Mechatronics- Technical English (Intermediate - Advanced Level)**_Experience_**Essential- Three years of experience in the manufacturing of industrial equipment and/or machinery**Licenses or Certifications**:- Driver license- Internal Inspector certified in welding by AWS- Non-destructive testing inspector (Visual and liquid penetrants) ASNT - TC 1A- Industrial Coatings**_Skills_**Essential- Interpretation of plans and manufacturing drawings- Handling of measurement and inspection instruments for welding and painting.- Microsoft office management- Excellent, proven interpersonal, verbal and written communications skills.**What’s on Offer**:An opportunity to join an already established and successful international business with a competitive salary and benefits package.**Applications**:
