It can’t always be described in words - but you can feel it’s there, always at your service.It’s the spirit of innovation, it’s the can-do approach, it’s agility in thought and action, it’s the personal touch with both employees and customers.**_Get ready to experience the Z-Factor for yourself._**We are looking for a Field Sales Executive in Monterrey to generate new leads, convert leads to customers, meet sales goals, build strong customer relationships, understand customer needs, and communicate them to the operations team so that together we can provide excellent and agile service.**_ Main responsibilities:_**- Supervise and collaborate with the team on equipment inventory management responsibilities.- Maintain accurate inventory levels based on forecasts, analyze business trends to forecast future needs, and coordinate equipment evacuations as necessary.- Monitor the status of all equipment undergoing maintenance to ensure procedures align with company standards.- Keep system records current to facilitate optimal allocation of equipment to customers.- Achieve established KPIs and maintain strong relationships with assigned suppliers.- Ensure PO´s are accurately maintained in the system to support efficient supplier payment processes.- Make sure all equipment is in proper working condition according to company policies.- Request and follow up on minor and major equipment repairs.- Ensure that repairs were carried out according to company standards.**_ KPIs:_**- Empty without movements.- Container (first-in, first-out)- EDI Depots without delays- Approval PO´s and maintains SAP clean**Requirements**:- Academic education: Bachelor’s Degree, preferred (Transport Engineering, International Trade, etc.)- Certification: IICL- Experience: 4-5 years in similar position- Experience in Container Shipping industry- Experience managing teams- Systems: SAP- Languages: Fluent in Englis- Excel and Outlook: Intermediate -advance level- Leadership skills- Teamwork- Organized- Work under pressureFunction:Countries & Business Development
