*Primary Objective of Position****Provide technical support to production areas and follow up work orders for preventive and corrective maintenance in order to maintain the production equipment in excellent conditions.***Technical Job Functions*- Maintenance of Hydraulic Equipment- Maintenance of Injection Molding Machines- Maintenance of peripheral equipment of molding (dryers, grinders, temperature controllers, Robots).- Diagnosis and solution of problems in electrical control.- Interpretation of electrical and hydraulic drawings- Maintenance and calibration of hydraulic pumps.**Authorities and Responsibilities**- Preventive and corrective maintenance of the assigned equipment- Follow the safety rules- Follow the safety program of Lock Out Tag OutJOB REQUIREMENTS**Knowledge**- Electricity- Hidraulic- Pneumatic- PLC (Siemens, Allen Bradlley, Direct Logic).- Water Chillers- Industrial Refrigeration- Arc Flash- Lock Out/Tag Out**Communication**- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.**Interpersonal**- Ability to demonstrate character, integrity, honesty, ethical behaviors and industriousness.- Ability to effectively participate in teams work and projects and cont.**Education and Experience**Electromechanical technician and three years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience*Work Authorization*No calls or agencies please.
