**Required experience and knowledge**:- Completed professional career- Experience in the position of 4-5 years- Trained in QS9000, AIAG,- ANSI and ISO 14000- APQP- QC System Testing Laboratory Experience- Advanced English level- Microsoft Office proficiency- Excellent leadership and interpersonal relationships.**Job Functions**:1. Ensure that control plans are carried out for all products manufactured at Ergomotion.2. Supervise the daily activities of Quality Engineers.3. Ensure that only product approved at all stages is sent to the client.4. Respond with corrective and preventive actions to customer complaints.5. Establish and maintain in-process inspection and testing records6. Manage and coordinate the process of final testing and inspections of finished products.7. Collect, analyze and summarize process information in reference to quality problems.8. Corrective action response to process findings.9. Carry out and coordinate a first shipment certification program.10. Ensure the truthfulness and precision of test measurement equipment used to verify product quality.11. Ensure and maintain the quality system.12. Support ergonomics and safety programs.13. Ensure that appropriate statistical studies are being applied to analyze variation in each measurement and testing equipment.14. Provide direction and technical guidance to quality personnel related to product quality.15.
