HELLA has around 36,000 employees at more than 125 locations worldwide and generated consolidated sales of € 6.3 billion in the fiscal year 2021/2022.**YOUR TASKS**- Supervise, Coach and support System Test Engineering Team: Project Management, Test Methods, Test Reporting & Tracking of a Problem.- Assure completion of task according to Internal processes and technical matters for customer requirements in terms of quality, cost, and timing.- Planning and integration of internal and, if necessary, external sub-suppliers, coordinating and monitoring the completion of orders.- Create and provide guidelines to support employees in functions related to System Test Engineering Tasks.- Planning, steering, monitoring, and accompanying audits and certifications.**YOUR QUALIFICATIONS**- 5 to 7 years of experience in the automotive industry.- BS required, preferred in Electronics / Electric / Mechatronics / Physics- Preferred master’s degree in engineering or science (Electronics / Electric / Physics)- +4 years of experience as Manager- Leadership experience and ability to manage +10 engineers to achieve the required level of the quality with testing, training, and planning activities.- English Proficiency CommunicationTake the opportunity to reveal your potential within a global company that offers you the best possible conditions for progressing in your career.**HELLA Automotive Mexico S.A. de C.V.**Alfonso ChaconPhone:
