As AP Analyst you will be responsible To act as a resolution expert and information provider in the P2P area, monitoring and coordinating the resolution of AP invoice mismatches.**Responsibilities**:Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following.- Manage Accounts Payable subledger and actively review old/open unresolved debit balances, acting as a decision-maker to resolve/clear them.- Actively monitor and coordinate the resolution of GRIR OIM account.- Coordinate with all relevant stakeholders (Procurement/Finance/Outsource Partner) to make decisions or support the cleansing of aged open items in ledger balances.- Follow up with approvers on aged unapproved, rejected invoices, ensuring timely and effective execution of needed tasks.- Review vendor reminders and check fines and escalations received from/towards vendors.- Track, monitor, and control overdue payments, ensuring timely payments to vendors.- Support invoice/credit notes booking-related queries/correction/reversal requests.- Support contacting vendors to follow the agreed process in case of critical vendor statements and direct debit vendor processes.- Handle generic mailboxes for support on incoming queries/escalations.- Prepare and validate monthly reports and metrics.- Invoice entry as needed.- Responsible for mentoring AP interns.**Background & Skills**:- Bachelor's degree in BS Accountancy or Management Accounting.- Sound knowledge of end-to-end processes and work experience of 4-5 or more years in Accounts Payable/Payables Management.- Accounting background and knowledge of general accounting principles are a must, especially booking of AP invoices- Engaging personality with excellent listening, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.- Ability to drive, analyze, and implement process improvements.- Proactive approach, willingness to learn and share knowledge with others.- Readiness to participate in additional projects and tasks.- Good oral and written English skills plus one of the following languages: Portuguese for the LAM region and Spanish for Mexico.- Working experience in SAP Hana, preferably with VIM/Ariba.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Ability to work with people across different organizations.Join our team and help us release the potential of this amazing world.
