Chief Accountant

Founded in 1989, SINBON is a leading provider of integrated design and production services for electronic components.We are currently looking for a "Chief Accountant" for our new MX Site in San Luis Potosi.**Knowledge / Skills**:- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.- 2 years experience in finance or accounting. Experience at "big 4" (accounting firm) is an advantage.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.- Proficient with Microsoft Office (i.e. Excel, PowerPoint).- Well known ERP system would be better.- Math skills, analytical skills, attention to detail, and negotiation skills.- Requires both speed and accuracy in performing data entry.- Spanish & English fluent.**Personality / Attitude**:- Adaptable to working in cross-cultural teams, with excellent communication skills and quick responsiveness.- Manage MX finance, accounting, treasury, and tax functions of the company.- Financial Accounting:- General ledger transactions, closing processes, and including but limited to:- Oversee and review all balance sheet accounts;- Approve journal entries produced by accounting staff, review and approve documentation;- Ensure that the accounting treatment is correct;- Quarterly financial statements;- Maintain work papers and reconciliation schedules;- Payment batch release;- Prepare year-end/audit papers.- FP&A processes and operations support.- Responsible for cost data calculate and follow-up product cost.- Ensure compliance with internal procedures; recommend and implement process improvements.- Support all relevant internal areas including the design and presentation of training for accounting policies and procedures which impact these departments.**SINBON **is starting operations in México, we are currently offering:- Career growth and development opportunities.- Supportive work culture.- Law benefits.(IMSS, Infonavit, Vacations, Christmas Bonus)- Working Schedule Monday to Friday 6:00AM to 3:30PM- Work location: Logistik 2Pay: $25,000.00 - $40,000.00 per month**Experience**:- Manufacturing Accounting: 2 years (preferred)- General Accounting: 2 years (preferred)**Language**:- English (required)Work Location: In personExpected Start Date: 11/11/2024
