About the role As Medical Departures Accounts Receivable Agent you are responsible for gathering Medical Departures revenues in LATAM and supporting our thriving company culture in LATAM. The Accounts Receivable Agent will work directly with Medical Departures' vast network of medical & dental clinics in LATAM to ensure timely receipt of appointment details & commission revenues. Responsibilities Billing (1-15 days of the month), Collection (7-22 days of the month), and reporting (daily update in dashboard & weekly status report) activities according to specified deadlines Monitor clinic & customer account details on XERO and aged AR reports for non-payments, delayed payments, delinquent receivables, and other irregularities Research and resolve payment discrepancies by using XERO or any other system Review AR aging to ensure compliance with clinic contractual obligations Maintain accounts receivable customer files and records Develop and maintain medical and dental clinic relationships and communication via email, phone call or WhatsApp Be available and ready for unexpected daily needs of the Medical Departures office and team members Job Requirements Proficient English and Spanish language skills: written & verbal 2-5 years of accounts receivable and general accounting experience Experience with office administration and procedures Proficient in Microsoft Office & Google Docs applications (e.g. PowerPoint, Excel, Word) Some familiarity with regulatory standards and compliance requirements Quick and resourceful, flexible, high level of accuracy, strong analytical skills, and an eye for detail Easily adaptable to change Ability to prioritize and focus on multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment Ability to solve problems expeditiously, while always maintaining a calm and professional demeanor High level of technical savvy & ability to learn new programs/systems Technical familiarity and knowledge of dental/medical procedures & terminology (nice to have) Experience: Collections and Billing: 3 years (Required) Equipment Requirements High-speed internet connection A reliable computer with a webcam and microphone interface Salary and Benefits Salary: $20,****** - $25,****** per month Job Type: Full-time $35 USD Mobile Data and $35 USD Internet allowance 3% Healthcare Benefits Virtual Shares and Performance bonus #J-18808-Ljbffr
