Important IT company At the Latin American level, growth requires:**DataBricks Architect****_Your key responsibilities_**- Extensive experience in designing and developing modern cloud data platforms- Complex coding with SQL, Spark, Python, T-SQL Hands-on experience in Azure stack (Azure Data Lake, Azure Data Factory & Databricks)- Mandatory- Strong expertise in ETL tools i.e. (Talend, SSIS, Informatica)- Deep understanding of Azure Databricks platform and can build data analytics solutions to support the required performance & scale- Expertise to Implementing Data warehousing Solutions- Experience as Data Engineer in Azure Big Data Environment- Programming experience in Scala or Python, SQL- Good understanding of other Azure services like Azure Data Lake Analytics & U-SQL, Azure SQL DW- Good Understanding of Lambda Architecture, Data warehousing concepts- Good experience in data engineering, designing and optimising data modelling techniques- Proficient in a source code control system such as GIT- Deploy the various Azure resources into the environments through Azure ARM TemplatesTo qualify for the role you must have- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, Mathematics, or related field preferred- At least 8 to 10 years in a Data engineering role- Demonstrate excellent Data Science, Data engineering & automation skills in the context of cloud based global platform/product delivery using continuous integration (CI) and continuous deployment (CD)- Experience with MS SQL,, Azure Data Factory, Docker, Containerization tools- Catalogue and governance solution experience in Streaming with Data Bricks Delta live tables- Experience with multi-geo, multi-tier service design and operations- Delivery using modern methodologies especially SAFe Agile, Iterative, Waterfall, etc- Communicate fluently in English, both written and verbal- Excellent interpersonal communication and organizational skills to contribute as a leading member of global, distributed teams passionate about delivering quality services and solutions- Able to distil complex technical challenges to measurable and explainable decisions- Demonstrate ability to learn new and emerging technologies with ability to rapidly define engineering standards and produce automation code- Operational abilities including early life support and driving root cause analysis and remediation**ADVANCED CONVERSATIONAL ENGLISH ESSENTIAL**(Will be evaluated).**Job type**: Remote.**Salary**: $100,000 gross.**Benefits**: Excellent superior benefits.
