**Manufacturing engineer**- Ingles Avanzado.- Título universitario.- Experiência en un rol de Supervisión y Liderazgo.- Experiência en Nitinol.- Más de 7 años de experiência trabajando en un entorno de manufactura esbelta.- Conocimiento práctico de Six Sigma y Manufactura Esbelta.- Capacidad para levantar ocasionalmente entre 10-20 libras.**RESPONSABILIDADES PRINCIPALES**- Diseñar, desarrollar y mejorar la cadena de valor relacionada con Nitinol, con un enfoque en seguridad, calidad y productividad.- Apoyar al Gerente de Ingeniería en las iniciativas de ingeniería de manufactura para el logro de los KPI’s.- Promover y liderar proyectos de ingeniería enfocados en seguridad, productividad, calidad y ahorro de costos.- Promover e impulsar el cambio como parte del crecimiento y desarrollo.- Desarrollar soluciones que eviten la generación de defectos o su propagación; y proporcionar análisis de datos para la supervisión de procesos y diagnósticos.- Interactuar regularmente con el gerente de ingeniería y el personal para asegurar que la comunicación sea clara y concisa.- Ser responsable de liderar las cadenas de valor de Nitinol, desde la evaluación inicial de la viabilidad de manufactura hasta la validación del proceso, la calificación del producto y la confirmación de la capacidad durante la producción en los primeros níveles de desarrollo.**Ubicación**:Mexicali, B.C.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: $25,000.00 - $39,000.00 al mesPregunta(s) de postulación:- Cuenta con capacidad para levantar ocasionalmente entre 10-20 libras.?
