Your potential is our inspiration.Where You’ll Make a Difference- Lead the Record-to-Report (R2R) process for the Americas region, ensuring operational excellence and compliance.- Manage day-to-day activities of the General Ledger (GL) Accounting Team, including supervision, performance monitoring, and internal reporting.- Oversee GL account reconciliations, review and analyze the General Ledger/trial balance, and collaborate with local Finance teams to identify necessary adjustments.- Ensure team utilization, holiday balance, and mandatory training compliance according to established guidelines.- Drive process improvements, implement mitigation plans, and support new transitions within the team.- Monitor global accounting activities, promote integration, and lead change initiatives.- Support the preparation and submission of financial statements and consolidation processes.- Act as the first point of escalation for local teams and other areas, ensuring timely resolution of issues.What Makes You the Right Fit- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.- 4-6 years of relevant experience in general accounting and financial processes.- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and procedures, including GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles).- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, with strong emphasis on Excel.- Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP ECC.- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and delivering excellent customer service.- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a team.- Critical thinking, time management, and problem-solving skills.- Resilience and ability to work under pressure.How Would You Stand Out?- Experience in leading process improvement initiatives or transitions.- Familiarity with global accounting operations and shared service environments.- A proactive, can-do attitude with strong organizational skills.Why Choose Us?- Home office opportunity- Professional onboarding process- Training opportunities- Learning and development programsWe are a global leader in taste, scent, and nutrition, offering our customers a broader range of natural solutions and accelerating our growth strategy.
