**About Us**:**Responsibilities**:- Develop detailed work instructions and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for electro-mechanical assembly processes, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and adherence to quality standards.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, engineering, quality assurance, and supply chain, to identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency enhancement.- Analyze existing manufacturing processes and workflows to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for optimization.- Design and implement process improvements, automation solutions, and lean manufacturing techniques to streamline production operations and reduce cycle times.- Conduct time and motion studies, process simulations, and feasibility analyses to evaluate proposed process changes and improvements.- Provide training and guidance to production personnel on new work instructions, tools, and processes to ensure successful implementation and compliance.- Collaborate with engineering teams to design and implement fixtures, tools, and equipment to support optimized manufacturing processes.- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and participate in root cause analysis and corrective action implementation to address manufacturing issues and drive quality improvement.**Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electro-Mechanical or related field; advanced degree preferred.- Minimum of 3 years of experience in electro-mechanical engineering or manufacturing engineering roles, preferably in a high-volume manufacturing environment.- Proficiency in developing detailed work instructions, SOPs, and process documentation.- Ability to Interpret Electrical Diagrams and create Detailed work instructions for assemblies is a must.- Ability to Analyze Mechanical Assemblies and create detailed work Instructions for Manufacturing is required.- Proficiency in creating step by step detailed assembly instructions for production from MCAD designs and drawings is required.- Strong understanding of electro-mechanical systems, assembly processes, and manufacturing principles.- Experience with process optimization, lean manufacturing, and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Kaizen).- Proficient in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks) for designing fixtures, tools, and equipment.- Excellent analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.- Fluency in English and Spanish.Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per month**Experience**:- electro-mechanical engineering: 3 years (required)- CAD software: 3 years (required)Work Location: In person
