Personas como tú**Service**Puesto ID: Tipo de trabajo: Tiempo completo, Locación: TepicCódigo FES (Nível HRL): P-04-15**Objective of job.**- Lead the service & support of equipment in the assigned production plant- Ensuring the correct and smooth service of equipment based on customer requirements, taking into account costs, deadlines and quality in coordination with the supervisor- Assistance in the further development of the Service & Support area including spare parts supply**Principle activities**- Service - Ensuring an efficient and smooth service (maintenance, repair and overhaul; assembly, start-up, and relocation of equipment / systems) in the production plant according to customer requirements in close cooperation with the production site, the equipment and tooling units and external equipment manufactures taking into account quality, deadlines and costs.- Spare parts services - Assistance in ensuring the supply of spare parts for equipment / systems and the optimization of inventory.- Budget and Planning - Create and agree with the supervisor the budget and investment planning for the service unit in the production plant based on the strategic and operational objectives. If necessary, drive, agree and pursue goals and actions with the managers in the area of responsibility to ensure budget compliance. Ensuring workload in the production plant through suitable resource planning.- Efficiency - Developing and proposing measures to improve the operating efficiency of maintenance and servicing processes and maintenance standards.- Quality - Ensure the implementation of all relevant audit requirements as well as internal and external quality standards and implementation of countermeasures in case of deviations and improvement potentials.- Safety - Ensuring compliance with all relevant statutory safety regulations (in particular the Occupational Health and Safety Act as well as environmental protection) and the central DRX specifications. Initiate regular trainings for employees in coordination with occupational safety.- Ensuring communication and information flows within involved departments and to supervisors.- Ensuring the qualification, promotion, development and motivation of local service staff.- Support and represent the service organization at the local site.- Cooperate in identifying and developing suggestions for improvement; implement the actions determined.- Support other departments in managing large-scale company tasks.- Lead (technically and disciplinarily) an extensive/complex unit with very different functions and various or complex tasks with regard to the technology/control of production and/or the organization.- Conduct personnel assignment planning and disposition, taking into account company goals.- Instruct, encourage, motivate and evaluate associates; take disciplinary actions as necessary.- Assure delivery fulfillment and quality by the efficient use of machinery, material and equipment; according to the criteria of production planning/control and characteristics.- Assure quality testing on parts based on test plans, technical drawings, and work instructions (e.g. with regard to function, completeness, etc.), compare target/actual deviations as necessary.- Set priorities within stated times and goals.- Conduct shift and operations planning.- Rearrange work processes and work equipment in case of interruptions and bottlenecks.- Monitor cost development/ensure compliance with predetermined budgets/overheads/BDE time keeping and characteristics; implement corrective actions as needed, in cooperation with supervisor.- Develop/support improvements in processes, equipment and IT systems.- Assure compliance with process and procedural directives.- Implement safety, health and environmental protection regulations as part of legislation.**Job requirements**Specialist Knowledge / education:**Intégrate a nuestro equipo de trabajo y aplica ahora
