As a key member of our Growth: Drive Conversion Initiative, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of the Etsy shopping experience. You will collaborate closely with native and backend engineers, as well as cross-functional partners, to design, develop, and implement exciting new features that empower buyers to shop with confidence. This role offers a direct opportunity to impact Etsy's goals and growth by building a seamless, intuitive, and trustworthy shopping experience that drives conversion and fosters long-term customer loyalty.
