"Winning with purpose" reflects our ambition to win sustainably in the market and integrate the purpose in all aspects of the business.Based on this we are currently we are looking for our next:**Regional Quality Coordinator****Which is the main objective of this role?**This role will work within our Biscuit platforms by providing technical assessment and process knowledge to all sites across the business unit for the improvement of appearance and sensory attributes in order to reach the highest level of quality in our products to satisfy our clients and customer’s needs.Qualifications (Secondary Language):**Responsibilities include**:- Implement and verify the right execution of Quality Systems within the operation by QC Facilitators and Front-line teams.- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of process improvements and technical developments on Biscuit platforms.- Develop people capability through workshops and trainings for biscuit processing and packaging.- Communicate and collaborate cross-functionally to assist team to solve operational issues.- Evaluate customer complaints and work with Quality Facilitators for corrective action plans.- Support commissioning and line ramp-ups for new products, lines and/or innovations.- Design and implement programs to monitor calibration and accuracy of all analytical procedures and equipment in the plant.- Lead the interpretation of in-process and analytical data to make quality evaluations, recommend actions for improvements, and assure resolution.- Develop action plans with production, engineering, and division Quality Assurance to improve the product specifications, analytical procedures, and sampling programs and ensure that they are appropriate and meet system capability and key consumer requirements- Assure Gold Standard reproducibility and consistency in order to win consumer preference towards our competitors.- Follow-up of quality indicators: ICC, ICM, ICP, CQA.**Who are we looking for?**- Bachelor’s degree preferably in chemical, food industry, biotechnology, industrial engineering or similar field.- Previous experience within the quality control department of a high-speed manufacturing environment.- Ability to prioritize and perform multiple tasks efficiently and effectively.- Ability to motivate, lead, and work with teams- Leadership skills with the ability to get results through guiding skills.- High statistical analysis skills and use of statistics packages.- Lean Six Sigma Experience preferred, demonstrated by successful completion of a major improvement projects.- Available to travel within Latam Countries.- Advanced English language (oral and written) proficiency**What can you expect from us?**- Competitive compensation- A flexible work environment that promotes a healthy balance between personal and professional life- A dynamic and inclusive culture- A supportive team that will foster your professional growth and development- Opportunity to work with relevant projects worldwide- Opportunity to give back to the community with our volunteer programs- We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
