We are committed to delighting customers by sourcing and making quality products for less and providing a simplified and exceptional experience.**What You'll Do**As the BikesOnline Merchandising Assistant US, you will play a crucial role in supporting our content creation and product merchandising efforts for the US website, as well as managing various tasks related to data input, processing, and reporting. Your attention to detail, multitasking abilities, and creativity are essential for success in this role. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:Data Entry and Administrative Support:- Proficiently use the internal system Neto for inputting and processing data, and creating reports using MS Office and Google Suite.- Generate purchase orders for bicycles, parts, and accessories.- Identify and rectify listing errors for bicycles, parts, and accessories.- Import and export data for reporting and error correction purposes.- Compile monthly product management and other necessary reports.- Request credit notes from parts and accessories suppliers.- Collaborate with teams to resolve input errors in Neto, ensuring operational efficiency.- Record all processes related to the Merchandising Assistant responsibilities into Trainual.- Provide administrative support as needed.Content Creation and Product Merchandising:- Craft engaging and accurate product descriptions for various product pages on our website, effectively communicating the key selling points of each product while ensuring all information is accurate.- Maintain consistent style and tone of voice in product descriptions, optimizing product images and videos for the website and digital platforms.- Ensure that product visuals align with our brand guidelines and enhance the overall product presentation.- Collaborate closely with the website team to ensure approved product pages are uploaded onto our website in a timely and error-free manner, accommodating requirements for chatbot and other digital technologies.**What We Believe In**Our company values are integral to our culture and success.
