Be responsible at an engineering level in relation to public and hybrid cloud solutions. carry out the strategy for generating business opportunities in conjunction with the commercial and Vendor Management team. Contribute to the closing of the detected and qualified opportunities through the preparation and integration (together with the specialists of the areas involved) of the solution architectures that best satisfy the needs of the clients.**Be the primary technical interface for TD SYNNEX Cloud products, solutions, and services, mainly with AWS solutions.****Responsibilities**:- Provides pre-sales resolution of all technical and process related issues, using appropriate escalation points when necessary.- Consults with customers and technology group to clarify and/or resolve problems, evaluate operational and performance requirements.- ** Consults with customers concerning pre-sales design, development and maintenance of AWS products/services.**:- Assists sales channel, field teams and customers with Cloud pre-sales technical solutions- Responsible for knowledge transfer of advanced technical theory to target audiences.- Communicates complex information and ideas clearly, concisely, and persuasively to target audiences.- Participates in products, solutions or services training to maintain technical knowledge, active certification and competence.- Assists in determining the feasibility of proposal, conferring with customers and technology group to clarify and/or resolve problem.- Consults on advanced configurations on converged solutions.
