ATTENTION: CVs will be received from applicants residing in Guadalajara, Jalisco or Hermosillo, Sonora, or willing to relocate.WHAT DOES THIS ROLE CONSIST OF?As a Software Architect, you will drive the design and execution of architecture for our technical solutions and improvements. You will work closely with the software engineering team and our product team to promote best practices, assure code and architecture quality, control technical debt, improve code reviews, and promote collaboration between team members. Ability to ship quality products in a fast-paced agile environment is required.RESPONSIBILITIES- Lead high-level decision-making for software development and oversee the “big picture” software architecture.- Communicate technical direction and vision to all levels of management and technical staff.- Serve as the technical leader and individual contributor by providing collaboration, direction, and assistance to development teams in data modeling, technical design, and development as needed.- Participate in the development and maintenance of company architectural principles, policies, best practices, and standards.- Drive best practices for scaling, observability, reliability, and security.- Mentor and educate other team members to help improve their skills and elevate the software organization.- Continually research current and emerging technologies and propose changes where needed.ESSENTIAL SKILLS- 5+ years of experience in engineering and software architecture design.- REST Web Services, Javascript (ES5 and higher), NodeJS, AngularJS, CSS3, and SASS.- Proven dedication to aligning architectural efforts to business objectives.- Experience with service-oriented and event-driven architectures.- Experience or knowledge of CQRS and event-sourcing.- Expertise in agile development, including continuous integration and continuous delivery.- Deep understanding of message queueing technologies such as RabbitMQ, SQS, or Kafka.- Experience with customer or client-facing, project management, and leading development teams.- Excellent English written and oral communication skills.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completo, Por tiempo indeterminadoSalario: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 al mesBeneficios:- Aumentos salariales- Días de maternidad superiores a los de la ley- Días por enfermedad- Horarios flexibles- Seguro de gastos médicos- Vacaciones superiores a las de ley- Vales de despensaHorario:- Turno de 8 horasExperiência:- software architecture design: 4 años (Obligatorio)- Javascript, Node.js, Angular.js, CSS, SASS: 4 años (Obligatorio)- RabbitMQ, SQS, or Kafka: 2 años (Obligatorio)Idioma:- Inglés (Obligatorio)
