The company’s aggressive sales approach and the quality of service are the basis for our strong reputation as a valuable leader in the industry.This role is responsible for creating drivers’ settlements, resolving accounts receivable related issues, answering drivers’ questions and concerns. The Accounts Receivables Specialist will be responsible for collecting accurate data, creating settlements, communicating with employees and keep track of missing paperwork, bonuses, deductions, etc. This role will also be responsible for building and maintaining relationships to ensure excellent customer service.**Duties and responsibilities**:2. Analysis of receivables and problem-solving skills3. Checking on invoices statuses for the billing processes4. Coordinate in a timely manner with the supervisor in case there are some issues.5. Calling drivers for missing paperwork.**Knowledge and skills required**:1. Multitasking, proactiveness2. Attention to details3. Excellent written and verbal skills in English.4. Degree in Accounting/Finance is a big plus5. Familiarity with basic accounting principles and procedures.6. Experience in invoicing & billings.7. Solid data entry skills with regard to speed and accuracy.8. Intermediate MS Excel skills.9. A self-starter with the ability to work in a fast-paced office setting.10.
